Poor customer service! Ask to get a bracelet melted down, after four weeks 1day. I picked up my bracelet, still untouched after 3 weeks suppose to be the deadline.

My husband bought a Cuban chain link bracelet in this shop in August of 2 years ago (for my birthday). It was supposed to be 18-carat yellow gold and he paid a little under $4,000 (they gave him a small discount), but it turned out to be extremely pink gold. I really dislike pink gold and this alloy must have a higher copper content than usual because the color turns out just like copper, no yellowish tones.
