E-mailed then 08/2016 to fix sagging gutter in rear of 2nd floor and clean all gutters. Was in no hurry (just by winter) and said I wanted them to contact me so I could be there. Got e-mail with bill stating they were done 11/2016. I saw no evidence of cleaning or repair. E-mailed again requesting info. Came home a few days later at lunch and found old gutter and debris laying on yard. Took them 3 more days to come get old gutter but never cleaned up debris. Whatever. Cost $460. I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. The owner called me the day after and said that he already looked at my property and he gave me an estimate. I told him that I wanted him to do the work . That was 9:30 in the morning. By the time I got home from work that evening the yard had been done and looked beautiful. Awesome. Would highly recommend!!!!!

From my tenant: Incredibly good work, fast, efficient, cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. I'd add that they responded quickly and communicated well with me since I was out of town while the work was being done.
