Amazing and efficient Team of people, from office to service technicians! I converted my 1950's home from Oil to natural Gas and R.E. Coogan made the transition as smooth as possible. ****** was always helpful and available to answer any questions and concerns. Oil tank was removed as well Clean and fast! from Quote to finish...Everything was on point and straight forward.
A Service request was made to R.E. Coogan Heating and Air, regarding an issue with my central air system. I was told the call would be $150 for the diagnosis. I was expecting a thorough inspection and explanation of the problem with options. A technician responded to my home and spent a grand total 10 minutes checking the air handeler and outside compressors. He said I needed to have the entire system replaced. They went out of their way to help me from the quote to financing. They helped me every step of the way, keeping me informed of each step. R.E. Coogan's service is outstanding. Over the past few years I have required servicing of my HVAC system and plumbing. Bob and his crew took care of everything in a timely fashion and do very high quality work. Bob makes sure you are taken care of. He has arranged for a service call on a busy holiday weekend, even when he was out of state, and has come by late at night to fix problems when necessary. I cannot say enough good things about Bob and his team. Highly recommend.
My experience with R.E. Coogan Heating Inc., was nothing less than fantastic! I called their office regarding an issue I was having with my Furnace and withing 10-minutes the owner of the company Bob C***** called me and we went over the problems I was having with my furnace. I highly recommend R.E. Coogan Heating, Inc. I was experiencing an emergency with my furnace as I had no heat and the house was registering at 54 degrees. Another company was responsible for making repairs but failed at doing so. Robert came out promptly and in no time had my furnace up and running again. He was very professional and took the time to explain how to check my furnace in case of future emergencies and also called with a follow up the next morning. R.E. Coogan was wonderful. They came out the same day for a leak in a pipe that we needed fixed immediately due to a family emergency. He gave us a fair price and got the work done quickly. Would use again.
