Chris the service writer was good and more than helpful,however when you buy a 2017 F350 King ranch for $82,000 and buy the extended warranty for an additional $10,000 from third party. You don’t expect to replace a Start stop button on your dime at 38000 miles and have both Ford and Extended plan customer service tell you “ITS NOT COVERED” Ford better hope Toyota doesn’t come out with a 1 Ton truck.
Service sucked mainly bc of communication and when you leave a message they never seem to receive it
I've bought four cars from them over the years, and their customer service has always been first rate. The latest buy, a 2019 Mustang Ecoboost, is a perfect example of the lengths they will go to ensure my sales and buying experience were perfect! Kudos to Chris Cochran, and Mike Karpowich. They're Great!
We came to Palm Bay Ford with a 2017 with 100k miles and David Tucker went to work, we closed him in to 0 down and payments of 430 to 450 and he did it, a 2019 Escape and payments of 411.00 then we added Premium care extended warranty and Maintenance and walked out at 450.00 and Mike in finance is the Guru that makes it all work ! What a team that really wants to help you with what you need at what you can afford. You can trust this team, they are second to none, I know I was in the car business for 30 years.
Service dept...a bit expensive tho

I have bought several vehicles from Palm Bay Ford and I am always satisfied. Ford makes the best vehicles. The technology and reliability are tops. I have never had any problems with any of my Fords. I just bought a new 2019 Ford F150 Lariat. Fit and finish is outstanding. Joe, Matt and Mike were very helpful getting me into my new truck and making me feel comfortable instead of pressured. I recommend Palm Bay Ford to anyone serious on having a great buying experience and receiving a great quality product.
