RecommendedGreat service and the treatment
The service was good and completed in a timely manner. I have only one complaint after owning several different vehicles from various brands this is the first that I didn't receive a car wash after it was serviced.

The sales staff and the service
Worst customer service! Service department (including the supervisor) doesn't return phone calls until you call and harass management. You'll never have a problem with your vehicle fixed correctly the first time (takes 2 or 3 appointments to get something done) then there will be something else wrong when you pick your vehicle up which they will charge you to "fix."

Ford was really helpful in finding a car that suit me and my mother a car that suit us the best. The sale man Mario found us the best deal and car. Mario was really nice and helpful.
