Clayton is awesome and I highly recommend buying a vehicle here. But the service department is a whole different story. I waited two weeks for a return phone call for an appointment to fix my air conditioning. It never happened. I took my truck to Toyota of Melbourne and had it fixed the next day. If Palm Bay Ford had the service department Toyota has they would be a 5 star dealership
