Save yourself the trouble and go to Kelly Ford. My shift assembly broke in my vehicle and my warranty covers a rental/loaner. Palm Bay Ford ignored most of our calls and hardly texted us back regarding our vehicle and getting a rental/loaner. The service advisor and the service manager could return phone calls. I have left messages for both over the last week and none of my calls have been returned. They told me they force tested my tires and they are defective and only have 6000 miles on them. The service advisor did not want to file the warranty claim on the tires he suggested the tire manufacturer would be more receptive to the consumer than the dealership. I bought a 2014 Mustang Convertible (used) from Palm Bay ford a couple years back. I had a very good experience with them. Very honest. My husband picked that car out for me. When we decided he needed a new truck, he went back to the dealer we had a good experience with. He found a 2019 (new) F150. His salesman was really nice. Ask him If he would buy the truck if they would get his price. Had him sign a paper to purchase , told him they thought they could make it work. Told him to drive the truck home to show me. Robert is an AWSOME /AMAZING salesman!!! In my 43 years of buying automobiles and dealing with salesman/saleswomen . This young man was BEST hands down !!!!! I am so disappointed in Ford. Furthermore I am disappointed in the sales team (JOE). I went car shopping and was told the finance guy was not there. That day we walked out with no car. However I was told by Joe that he would reach out Monday (Lies). I had to call and ask what was going on. Again I was told the guy who handles the finance was not there.
