It’s a shame. Really liked Nic and I will always support a local business despite the terrible experience. Nic came by really quickly and seemed super courteous. It did seem strange that he offered a discount if I paid in cash. That should’ve been a red flag. He then made a quick look around and bumped the price up alleging I needed degreaser. called the guys at Quick Dry at 9 this morning and by 4:30 all the dirt my dog had gotten on our couch was a thing of the past. David was incredibly punctual, courteous and professional so I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else for carpet / upholstery cleaning.
