Inexperienced, dishonest and fraudulent company. The state has even forfeited their business license. Robbed us for several thousands of dollars. 4 months later and we were left with our 1st floor incomplete, floors, cabinets, bathroom. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Troy completed my carpet cleaning. He was very honest and educated me on carpet care. I waited too long to get them clean so he said he would do all he could and wasn’t sure if certain stains were going to come out, buttttt to both of our surprise the carpet got cleaner than I thought. He told me to vacuum about a hour or so after he was finished and more dirt came up. I had this company come out today. He was courteous, professional and also patient with all my dogs. He suggested a level 3 cleaning with extraction versus level 2 cleaning w pet stain and odor removal for a minimal addl charge. Scotchgusrd was also applied! My carpet looks brand new. I am so happy!
