Too bad, I was really hoping to like this company, we need floor service at our stores regularly. Nic was really nice and came by quickly to give us a quote and get us scheduled. The technician cam by on time, but the job they did was sub-par at best. I contacted them the next day with pictures and wanting to see if we could get some resolution, but they're much less responsive now that they were paid. Very frustrating, I really like doing business with local companies, unfortunately, companies like this ruin it for everyone... read more
Was able to get a quick appointment and David did an excellent job. He was professional and even texted me to see if he could come earlier. He explained their services but was not high pressure. I’d highly recommend them.
