Rocky Hill location - I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00pm. I waited almost 45 minutes. No one else was in the waiting room, no one left. I could hear people inside, but no one heard me. Finally, someone who worked there, came flying in. She didn't acknowledge me, but saw me there. 10 minutes later, she came out and apologized for the delay, saying she already filed a report that I had to wait so long when I had an appointment. ??? Inexcusable.

What should have been a nightmare turned into a delightful - if lengthy - experience, thanks to the worker (Ana) at the Wethersfield branch on the Silas Deane. My doctors phlebotomist gave me the wrong paperwork - and there was also snafu at ProHealth. Ana 1) kept me calm and 2) did a truly masterful job navigating the correction. AND she let me sit in a smaller waiting room while waiting to finally draw blood AND her chops are incredible: I did not feel the needle one bit. Well done!
