When in to just obtain a stool testing kit and they denied providing me with the kit upon arrival so that I can bring home and test I had to go to a different quest to help provide the stool sample kit unbelievable zero empathy

My appointment was scheduled for 2:40 on Friday. I stilled had to wait in the waiting room for more that 35 min. I was told my my phlebotomist that they had one person call out and that their was only 2 of them there all day. This is not the first time that this has happened not just at this location. Being one of the biggest diagnostic company in the area you should be more prepared. There should not be 20 people waiting in the waiting room at a time.
