Whenever I make an appointment for bloodwork, I am seen RIGHT AWAY (for my appointment time). I am always in and out. Today, I went in for bloodwork and worked with Ana G. She was extremely thorough and helped me to understand the differences of two orders my doctor had put in. She even called me later that morning to confirm another detail. Phone check-n didn’t work for me. Switched to kiosk check-in. Please consider adding shelves and/or hooks next to the kiosks so we don’t have to juggle all our stuff while trying to use kiosks one-handed. Kiosk customer interface is not user-friendly. Hand sanitizer in the waiting room was empty. After using common touchpads, I felt my health was compromised. If you can’t keep sanitizer filled in the dispenser, put out a regular bottle.
