I don't think this place exists anymore I couldn't find it after I drove 30 minutes, fasting.
The Supply location is closed. Quest took an appointment at this location. Drove 25 minutes. Get it off the site if you close the location

Place is closed down.....a little information would as I'm 45 miles from work time and gas wasted!!!!
I went there this morning for my appointment to find that they closed this location. I even received a confirmation email yesterday reminding me of my appointment. Not a go way to run a business.
