As long as you schedule an appointment ahead of time, they move very quickly. Check in through your cell phone and you can clearly see the list of appointments along with your place in line. It makes the whole process smooth and stress‑free.
Brenda did a wonderful job, I appreciate her kindness and help, because I often faint with blood draw and she did so amazing and really made me feel comfortable.
Terrible. Had an appointment here on 1/8 for an extensive blood panel. Appointment was at 8 am, didnt get called in til 8:20, didnt leave til 9:15. This lady was so rude. Tried to say the doctors office didnt fill something out right, turns out it was her. She didnt know what tubes to use, couldnt find them, had to research the process for each test, and got blood all over my white sweater. Most people complain about quest, I usually am a fan. Not this time.
I used to avoid this site, but I this week I had to get a test done quickly, they were close by, so I gave them another try. So pleasantly surprised!!! The scheduling was easy. 10 minutes before my appt, I tapped to go inside. The office was clean, the staff very friendly. Your name and appt time shows up on a screen in the waiting room. I was taken within 5 minutes of my time (and there were quite a few people on the waiting room.). Today, I returned for a second test. Very professionally run I highly recommend this facility, but make sure u have an appointment it makes it stress free
