Had a 9:30 A.M appointment for a timed draw. I arrived at 9:00 A.M. presuming that I would get the draw done within the 12-hour window needed for this particular test. It ended up that the location was badly overbooked and they were well behind earlier appointments and very slow. This particular test if not drawn within the 12-hour window renders the test results invalid.
Very professional, organized, clean, client welcoming environment. Jess, the phlebotomist who collected my bloodsample, is exceptionally skilled and compassionate. Very positive experience
My tech, Yasmily was incredibly good. I have never had such a good draw. I mean never! She was such a good soul!
