Took my mom into the Quest the other day the nice woman Kelly was so kind and did a wonderful job despite being the only person managing patients and we had a very complex order Kelly made every effort to make sure it would all be done right and she was very gentle my mom didn’t have any pain it didn’t hurt it may have been a long wait but Kelly made it all worth it thank you miss kelly!!

HIPAA BREACH! Sent my results to another doctor that wasn’t my doctor. I just wanted my results but every attempt I have to call for an answer or for them to explain or even just changing my doctors fax#, no one ever picks up the phone. I have a busy schedule and driving to this quest because they were able to do all my tests at one was great, but ai had to change and move my schedule around to be there. I tried going during the week but they are always closed or never get there on time for them to see me.
I am so thankful that they were able to take me at the last minute right before they closed for lunch. The technician was very knowledgeable and patient. She was pleasant to be around and I felt so bad that she was late to her lunch. I'm a hard stick and she got me on the 1st try. She really made my day.
Service was good. But quite expensive.
