Did not honor a 8:30 appointment this morning. Was told to “get out” wait in line which had 6 people standing outside. Woman didn’t ask if I had appointment and wouldn’t give me a chance to say so. So much for priority given to appointments over walk in’s. Woman was very rude, after watching her take in person by person standing in line I left. Not going back, very unprofessional.
I had orders from my doctor to get a blood draw and I needed it done right away. I took the afternoon off work to go the this Quest service center at 8501 Wilshire Blvd Suite 305, Beverly Hills, CA 90211 to get my blood drawn. I usually make an appointment, but owing to the unpredictable time when I could get off, I just went in as a walk-in patient, and this facility has always taken walk-in patients. RecommendedEvery staff member were kind and friendly, greeted every person with kindness. I will always use this lab from now on.
I received the worst customer service ever. There were 2 techs, the one one talked to me was snide and acidic. The one I was helped by 6 months and ago just stood there and watched, at least she didn't say anything mean. The phone line doesn't allow you to talk with anyone, even though it has a number to push that is supposed to transfer to a person, it just takes you back to the main menu. Rachel Lynn may not work at this location but, she may float so this is what I have to say...I wouldnt come here because Rachel Lynn who is engaged to David Cottel has issues with Black people and racist views. I think your Human Resources should be notified and I also think that she needs a pink slip and penalties for unemployment... especially since she's apparently well off enough to publicly show her true colors.. yes, I think Corporate needs to see what and who they REALLY have working for them.
