Wait time says 10 min. for walk-in on the website. I got there and was told it would be 2-3 hours. The posted wait time is after you get in the lobby.
I can not access my lab results even after logging in AND providing the last four digits of my social sec number. When I try to send in an email I keep getting a message to remove spaces or special characters at the front of the text....and there aren't any there!!!! Not only can I not get my lab results, I can't even use the system to complain!!!!
Registered for results online as instructed....verified my ID using my SSN, says I don't exist.....paid for 2 swab tests as I am an EMT.....couldn't get results for either test I paid for....heard others have had similar trouble with the SSN ID check. Best go elsewhere

Because my Dr sends me on specific days it's almost impossible to get an appointment - I have now been waiting over 45 minutes when they said 25. My blood work is life or death and they need to do better with walkins
I know these are trying times but I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Two times dealing with these people and is hasn't changed. I will never go back to this site looking for another one currently. Being rude doesn't equate to feeling safe. BE NICE MOST PEOPLE ARE ALREADY STRESSED.
