RecommendedSo today I went for my blood work. And my mask broke. And I was told by the lady at quest diagnostic that she would not give me service because my mask broke. I asked her if she had another one and she said no we don’t have anything to provide in a very rude manner. I understand that companies have the right to refuse service but they don’t take into consideration that you know getting results and bloodwork done to service them does take time and effort out of my schedule to
I dove an hour to the woodlands location to have blood work done. I even called before I went and was turned away because I did not have a mask. I was not told that when I called.
RecommendedPleasant did not have a long wait, convenient location, professional staff. Would recommend it highly
My husband went for a blood test. They tried the first time said they couldn’t find the vein second time on the other arm finally got it done however it left a huge bruise all down his arm. The gal said she had 10 years experience! Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you just don’t care.
Lady name Gene is very rude , she didn’t acknowledge us or say good morning or nothing . This was at 7 am in the morning .Just plain RUDE . It was my daughter first time getting her lab drawn , she’s kind of scared of needles . The lady didn’t have any compassion , and when my daughter saw the needle , my daughter made a noise ,& the gene lady said “what “ , I replied she’s scared of needles that’s “what” She had to call in a other lady which was very nice.

They charged me March 27 for a blood draw I had and thought I paid for in early February--they just took it out of my card. I didn't agree for them to do that. In the past if they wanted a payment they always sent a bill. When I tried using the email supplied by the Quest site to complain it gets returned as an invalid address. Total BS!
Checked in my step son and went outside to wait. Due to COVID-19 they had a sign that says check in with your cell phone number and you can wait outside, we will CALL you when we are ready for you. After waiting outside for 20 minutes no call. I went in and asked about it and got the response “we aren’t going to call you, you have to stay in here” I pointed out the sign that clearly said they would and they couldn’t answer as to why they didn’t call. Great communication here clearly 🙄
