If I could give it a zero I would . I'm sorry but this was the second time I came here . The first time was five years ago and had a bad experience , I came again tonight for one vile of blood drawn and my arm is now the size of a golf ball not even ten min later . The ladies were nice and easy to talk to but you need to train them better to poke a pregnant women who is 35 weeks . My arm is hurting pretty bad while I'm trying to ice it . Night of 01.12.17 .
Why are they arguing money issues with a patient in the waiting room where everyone can hear it? Such rudeness is unacceptable!

Automated system is not working it hangs up before you can get confirmation number and verify it has correct Information very upsetting tried to call several times with no avail
Went in about 6 am with no appointment, was out in 20 minutes. Staff was polite and friendly
We didn't have an appointment, showed up at 11:10am, in a room by 11:25am, great vampires, very gentle. Out the door by 11:35
I would give you zero stars if I had the option to do so. All I needed was a drug test. 3 hours later I'm still waiting in the room. People who came after me with no appointment got called before me. You suck. The place is dirty. Customer service sucks. The only reason I came here is because my employer made me. But you're horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
