Quest said 1st hour of day is for Sr. citizens to get VIP treatment, appt. NOT necessary! Arrived shortly after 7am, got registered, waited in car, got text at 7:28am to return for blood Collection. it. is now 8:45am and I'm still SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM!!! THIS IS VIP TREATMENT???
Terrible experience with someone named “Jenny/jen) who claims to be a site leader. Very poor customer service skills, incompetent and seems to have low self esteem to treat people that way. For someone to be a site leader I expect them to lead by example, she was lazy and gave her work to someone else to get done. Very poor attitude, her supervisor is her best friend too so don’t bother complaining to her because she will lie to cover for her.
The heavy set Caucasian lady at the desk is ALWAYS RUDE! I’ve been coming weekly for about 6 months maybe longer , she is NEVER helpful or friendly to patients. She looks for any and every reason to not see a patient. Even lying and violating their patient rights. She is loud and makes sure everyone hears everything about you. I have been a phlebotomists and worked in the medical field since 2009. I am very very knowledgeable on insurances and how they work and the procedures for patients getting lab work done. I took my fearful 10 year old in for his 3rd attempt to get blood work done. I explained the situation to Michelle at the front desk. She was so compassionate and understanding. She told me to ask for her ny name because she's good with children. Within minutes, we were called back by Michelle. Michelle and Ederlina were fantastic. So quick and they distracted him by making small talk. He finally did it! The amount of relief I have now is priceless! Michelle really had no idea how she helped me.
