The surgery called to cancel my appointment with a Dr at the practice and offered a new appointment 10 days later- not sure anyone would be happy with this service!
Dr Manley is a great doctor, very caring and friendly.
I am very surprised Dr Pacca had so many contrasted feedbacks from various her patients! Good or not so good??? I am confused.
Queens Road Surgery is my go to place if I ever need a General Practitioner, as Dr Hammond is a wonderful doctor. However, I recently needed a doctors appointment and Dr Lina Pacca was the only available appointment. I was feeling very unwell and just wanted some answers, and she proved to be very cold, abrupt and incredibly rude within my appointment.
