I had a difficult experience with Dr. Hammond that I feel needs to be shared. I believe that doctors play a vital role in providing care and support to their patients. It's important for them to show empathy, especially during challenging times. I hope that in the future, Dr. Hammond can find a way to connect with patients more positively, even on tough days.
The surgery called to cancel my appointment with a Dr at the practice and offered a new appointment 10 days later- not sure anyone would be happy with this service!
Dr Manley is a great doctor, very caring and friendly.
