I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the way this doctor’s office treats its patients. My 81-year-old father, who has lung cancer, has visited this office twice, and both times, he was forced to wait 2-3 hours before being seen. The waiting room is filled with elderly and sick patients, many of whom don’t have the energy or ability to complain about the long waits. Called for an appointment and a week later didnt get a reply yet.
It was the best hospital that I've ever been in Queens. Super Clean and all staff there are kind. Initial examination before seeing Doctor was satisfied. Especially, Dr. Shetty is so professional, comprehensive explanation and caring. very clear to understand the eye condition for follow up. My husband was thinking to have an eye surgery for better condition. Dr. Lee checked his eyes thoroughly and gave us a best answer in an efficient way and very clear to understand everything.
