RecommendedNot sure if I recommend or not recommend. The shop is nice, but they are expensive. $67 for a gel pedicure & when I showed her a picture of what I wanted several times, she still didn't get it right.
I went to get my nails done Friday afternoon, also took my niece who’s nine years old. The man who attended her did not treat her like a customer. He would paint one finger nail, go to another customer and come back 20 minutes later to finish one hand just to leave again and come back. He did that numerous times through out her session. The lady who attended me did a very sloppy job, & the worst part of it all was that she cut my toe and I was bleeding so bad! She was cleaning the blood, and it would not stop bleeding. Went this Sunday, service was ok. Their ATM machine is broken. Did 2 transactions one did not disperse $40 I saved my receipt, it showed zero cash dispensed. Second try dispensed the money. Checked my back account, it showed 2 transactions $40/each. Place is shady. Save your receipt check your bank. I wonder how many times they’ve gone through this... I’ve been there before and the machine has done that before. However this is the first time checking my bank. Shady place.
I have been to this place several times over the years. I think I have only left once smiling. This morning, there were only 3 customers and yet, Tina was so rushed to get my nails done to get to a regular who came in 20 mins after me, she got polish on my finger tips but not on the acrylic. She barely spoke to me the entire time even though I was very friendly. This place is overrated. If they had better customer service and quality work, I would be a regular.
