Went to Queen Nail Spa today. I got a full set of liquid gel nails. I absolutely love the end result. The only complaint that I have is my nail tech wasn't the friendliest but he did do a good job. I'll definitely be back next time for a fill & a pedicure.

BEWARE. Spent 2 hrs at the spa and wow. Make sure you ask prices before you have anything done. That will be the last time I will ever go there. For example. Eyebrow wax 18 dollars and then blister from the wax being to hot. That is just one example. Just BEWARE. You have been warned.

Sheri, we appreciate your review. If you come in with a receipt or tell us the tech that charged you $18 for eye brow wax, we will refund the total amount to you. Our actual price for eye brow wax is $10. We have our prices listed on the pedicure list and our brochures as well. As of prices, we are very competitive, we also do price match with all of the nail salons around. Again, we feel bad about your bad experience and hope that we can make it up to you in the future.
After being up-sold to buy a larger package when I got my pedicure, my feet actually feel more rough than before which is weird. And it didn't feel relaxing at all to get it done. Highly disappointed. My friend getting hers done was not happy either seeing as there was nail polish all over her toes. And my polish didn't even last two hours. Not going back.
