I was unsatisfied with the pedicure I got. I was rushed out the door, my feet were rougher than when I went in, the lady was rough, beating on my legs, I could hardly walk the nxt day, the lady was rough on my big toe stating she as removing an ingrown toenail and here it's a wk later and it's still hurting and is red... Basically she cut it down to where you can not remove it now... Will not b going back!

It's always a treat to have a day here at Queen Nails! Fire walker with hot stone massage pedicure is so relaxing and Sam takes his time on my elaborate shellac nail designs. Sean even brewed me a Pipers Shades of Grey tea last time. Thanks for your excellent service.
I use to love this place but here lately they are not doing so good in the service department. I went for a girls day out a few Saturday ago and while I'm getting a pedicure the guy asked me to take off my own nail polish on my hands now I'm not meaning to sound stuck up but I'm paying you $70 for a service im not going to do it myself sorry. Not to mention since then iv broke 5 nails not like chip but they completely came off so I went back up there to have them replaced and when I asked the owner to help me make sure I was... read more

Best nail salon I have ever been too. They take pride in their jobs. I get the real gel nails and since coming here I have only had 1 break. I will continue to come to Queen Nail Spa. Completely satisfied
