My good was great and server was fabulous. However, my experience was horrible. I parked my car in valet having dinner and drinks with my friends we were there until the restaurant closed. Went to receive my car and valet was closed spoke with the manager Ian Miller and he told me the valet person said he could not find the owner of the car. UPDATE: First let me give a huge compliment to the General Manager, Adam for being on top of this situation and reaching out to us. Our concerns were heard and addressed. We wanted to give Quartino another chance because as we stated below, we love the food and atmosphere. Our server Andi, was astounding. Chris, one of the manager's, was on point all night even sending someone by our table when he got tied up. Everything was just wonderful....from the waitress to the decorations to the food....Best fondue and Cannolli....love to share so the small plate concept worked great for us...will go back...
Good wine, great atmosphere. Pizza was really full of good sausage and fresh mozzarella.
Dining here feels like dining in the home of a good, good friend. It’s warm, accommodating, and cozy. We come to Chicago once a year and this will always be a place we fit into our itinerary.
Great food, professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff and an authentic old world environment. I highly reccomend!
