My 20 month old Border Collie went to Quartet for a rotator cuff injury. She was seen by Dr. Jack Gallagher at the recommendation of a veterinary friend. I was a little nervous about taking my baby to someone I did not know but that was immediately put to rest. Dr. Gallagher was wonderful. I was most impressed that he did not automatically recommend surgery. He helped us with a regiment of rest and rehab and after 4 months, she is fine. The staff are professional, courteous and very caring. I would recommend them to anyone.
Well this was our second time seeing Dr. Clark. As of now he's done one procedure for both our boys, and we couldn't be happier. Walking through the doors of there new facility I was instantly impressed. The Receptionists where VARY patient and helpful. Dr. Clark was calming and reassuring as always. Taking into account that are nervous boy who needed TPLO surgery fell asleep at my feet during the consultation said alot, and too the kind Technician that treated our sweet Miles like he was your own in recovery, THANK YOU! We knew our sweet pet of 16 years was very sick and would most likely need to be euthanized. We took her to Quartet to be examined. Our thoughts were correct; and while it was a sad time, the technicians and doctor were so compassionate and gentle with us. They were so thorough with us to be sure we were comfortable with the decision. I highly recommend this facility for ANY veterinarian needs.
Brought my 13 year old min pin in at 10pm on Friday with vomiting and bloody diarrhea. Dr. Jennifer Jones Schults and a great vet tech had him worked up, diagnosed, feeling better and home by 1am. The bill was probably less than one third of what it would have been if I had taken him to NC State emergency. It was a great experience!
Horrible Place!!!!! I cant believe how they treated my dog.
