I have lived in my home for almost six years and this was my first repair needed to my AC system. A trusted friend recommended Quallet and they showed up first thing in the morning which is what I requested. Joe Quallet was so kind while explaining everything to me. Joe came over the same day I called to fix my A/C that wasn't blowing cold air anymore. Took them about 30 minutes and my A/C was blowing cold air again. Cost a few hundred and was well worth it. Horizon came out right before them and wanted to install a whole new A/C unit for 6 to 10k. Very thankful for Joe and his son. Highly recommend!

I can't remember how many times that Joe Sr. and Joe Jr. have responded to urgent calls from my wife and I when our home heater or water heater has had one problem or another. Needed a solution for A/C for 3rd floor we renovated into my daughter’s bedroom. We didn’t want a window unit. Joe answered my call right away , was a total professional and took time to explain the Fujitsu unit he recommended. What a great product ( hangs on wall ) , so neat and clean and air conditions the whole room. Joe’s team was so professional , too, making sure the unit was wired perfectly, you can’t see a thing . We are so happy with Joe and Quallet HVAC. He’s the only one we’ll call when we have heat or a/c needs.
