I would absolutely give this company a 5 out of 5!! In fact, I personally would give them a 10 for their customer service, efficiency and pricing. I have dealt with various other companies in the past and will never use anyone but Quallet HVAC. The team arrived on time and completed the servicing and moving of our unit so quickly. Our unit is running as if it were brand new. Excellent job!
A/C wasn't running. Quallett had many recommendations on the neighborhood Facebook page. Called at 8:30 on a Friday morning and received a reply within 10 minutes. They let me know where I was in the schedule and sent updates. Joe found a short in the wiring and fixed it quickly. We slept in cool comfort Friday night. Will definitely call them for any future issues.
Quallet HVAC installed a new heater, AC unit, and duct work in our house 2 years ago. They provided great service, were easy to work with, and were punctual. Although this review is overdue-I wanted it to be known that we highly recommend Quallet HVAC and will definitely call them with any future needs.
Had them install a new heater and air conditioning unit converting from oil to propane and we are very happy. Install went smoothly and we are very happy about not having to deal with the smell of oil anymore! We would definitely suggest reaching out to Quallet for your next project. Thanks again
