My husband and I bought a new house this summer. We found out that our attic fan was not functioning. Joe replaced and installed a new temperature controlled attic fan. Joe is very professional and reliable. I will call Quallet HVAC for any and all of my HVAC needs.
Long story short..I was having A/C issues, I posted about it on FB..Joe contacted me through Messenger at probably 11:30 PM on a Thursday night...and literally walked me through step by step different things to check for about an hour. He also looked into the warranty on my A/C unit and the part availability. I sourced the part and did the repair myself and I got back up and running. Definitely would not have been able to do this on my own. I will be contacting Quallet HVAC for any of my HVAC needs!!
I contacted Quallet HVAC. They were quick to schedule me and came out the next day. I have an old unit and wasn't sure if it needed to be fixed or replaced. They didn't try to upsell me. Quallet identified the issue and fixed my central air unit. I am happy with their work and would recommend them.
Our furnace went out late one night and Joe and another tech came out the next morning. They quickly fixed the problem. They were polite and courteous and even gave my dog some playtime :) I would highly recommend Quallet.
He has installed a new heat & AC in my house and does all of the HVAC work on my investment properties. I refer him to friends and family for great & honest work at fair prices. I have used others in the past, but none have been as good as Quallet
Our heater wasn’t working and we tried a few HVAC companies on the phone. Earliest service call available was a week. Was getting worried because I have two young kids and it was starting to get cold. Talked to Joe and he was able to come out that same evening and get our heater working again. Thank you Quallet HVAC for the quick and professional service. Would use again.
