I live in FL, I have never been to Quality Subaru in CT, yet I get harassed on a bi-monthly basis by back to back daily calls (for multiple days) asking if I am interested in a Subaru Outback or one of their other vehicles. No idea how they even have my phone number. I have asked to be removed from the call list, yet every other month i get inundated with calls. I would NEVER even consider purchasing a car from a place that spam/cold calls so much.
We got the part that was ordered, however, we paid for it to be shipped to our daughter in Nebraska. Instead it was shipped to us in CT. We verified that the order did say ship to NE. Now we pay for shipping twice since we still need to get it there.
