This gentleman answered all my questions cheerfully This gentleman came to my home after normal business hours at my request. He was very good about answering all the questions I asked, and gave me answers to ones I did not think to ask. It was obvious that he cared, and did not try to sell me more than I need. He even asked again if he could do anything to help, before he left.

A real "Attaboy" Danny is a real asset to your company. His personality is such that we immediately felt at ease with him. After 32 years in Law Enforcement, now retired and my Wife ,Judy, 22 years in Law Enforcement, now also retired, we are pretty good judges of a person's character. It is our opinion that Danny is a knowledgeable and trustworthy person . He went about his business in a professional manner and set our minds at ease even considering the expense that we incurred. Very Professional Charles was very informative and professional. He took the extra time to explain everything and helped with getting financed. The only downfall was the special offers that were only good if you signed that day. When I plan on spending that much money, I want to sleep on it. If/when we do get a standby generator, we will go with Quality Generators.
