We had no problems dealing with Charles and the people at Quality. They were extremely knowledgable about the carts and helped us get the cart we felt was best for us. When you enjoy working with these people it is easy to recommend them to others.
Many neighbors had told me about Charles and I needed to go see for myself. Charles spent a lot of time with me, for I was in a similar situation as he was on his first golf cart purchase, wife wanted one and I didn't. After hearing how he got into the business and from what I heard from others on how he goes out of his way for customer service, I made mind up rather quickly. We had such a great experience with quality golf carts in rock Hill. We love our new golf cart. Very personable guy's that were very helpful when trying to decide what golf cart was right for us. Their prices are the best in rock Hill and I would strongly suggest using them if you're in the market for a new cart. So many Carts to choose from at different price ranges.
