I bought a brand new Dach golf cart six months ago and it is my 3rd purchase from Quality Golf carts. The cart is completely dead and will not take a charge. I called and even with a warranty, they are charging $125 to pick it up plus labor to repair it. This doesn't seem like much of a warranty, but it seems like VERY POOR customer service.
