Great customer service; prompt answers to my questions. Found materials not easily available elsewhere. You will NOT find some of the more esoteric offerings at Lowes, Home Depot, or a local glass company (I know, I tried).
Quality selection and value is outstanding
I purchased from this Company, (2) Reps were nice at 1st, but gave me the wrong information for the blocks I needed. I ended up with Craft blocks for window blocks. They only wanted to wave a restocking fee for me,(19.00), if I returned the blocks, and I would have to pay for them to be shipped back. The shipping fees are ridiculous. My suggestion is if your local Lowes or Glass Company has the same item, it's best to get it from them. You will end up with a headache and less cash with this Company...
Absolutely loved everything about this company- great experience from beginning to end.
