Worse experience ever.. I dropped my vehicle off at quality Nissan at 2:30pm to have an alignment, oil change and tire rotation done. Well I got told the oil change and tire rotation got done but the alignment didn’t so they took it back in for an alignment around 3:30pm. At 5:45pm (15 minutes before they close) I get a call saying my car is ready but the couldn’t do the alignment because I was missing my camber/caster bolts and it’s like that on all titans, armadas and pathfinders.
