One of your employees, Brandon Mellard has gone on public record sanctioning murder and terrorism, and threatened others lives. I am VERY concerned for the safety of any member of the public that comes in contact with your employee.
I have a Hyundai but I wanted to get service work done locally. So I thought I would try Quality Kia. The whole experience was good. Good service, good price, and good time frame for work completed. I would recommend them.
Mr. Brewer explained to me in detail what they would be doing to my car and he also advised me of the other necessary things that needed to be fix on my car. The service was AWESOME!
I’ve bought 5 new vehicles from them and have no problem with their Sales Team , but their slow, rude service department has lost my business, so keep your free oil changes, I’ll take my Gladiator elsewhere.
Love working with Leroy and other members of the dealership. We love the customer service throughout the purchase and after the sale. We have purchased many cars from Leroy and have never been disappointed as they worked with us meeting our needs and getting us to a price comfortable for our budget.
Absolutely amazing customer service! Chaz did any and everything she could to get me in a vehicle, and somehow succeeded. My credit stinks, and I have a lot of recent collections on my credit report. She found a way to work with all of that, and I drove away with only a signature in my 2019 Dodge Journey SE! Call and speak with Chasity Tran (Chaz).
