I read lots of reviews and visited several dealerships before I purchased my 2010 Honda Accord. I was worried by some of the reviews I read about Quality Cars, Inc. I went there on a weekday,so I would not be rushed and was really surprised by what I found. My salesperson,Morris Miller, was very knowledgeable. He handle the entire process with professionalism. I must say that Joe who is a sales man is an excellent sales man and customer service guy who is kind and understanding that any dealer would be proud of. My repairs were discussed and we both agreed with the dealership they refund the money. My advice to anyone is to first get to test the car with a mechanic and then discuss the price and not the other way round. I wish them good success with their business.
I bought my current 2009 Honda Accord from Quality Cars Inc and I am very satisfied with my new used car the Sales associate was very kind and did not force me at all. They had a great price and were very fair. Anyone in the market for a used car check these folks out! Great Experience !!
