I bought a 2010 Lexus ES350 from Myron at Quality Cars, and I could not be happier. This was my first 'real' purchase of anything big, so I was a little nervous of doing this by myself. Am very happy with the experience I had with these people. I live about three hours away from their location, and was told by them that they would hold the vehicle for me until I could get there. On the day I was to drive up, someone else local wanted to buy the vehicle. When they called to tell me, I told them I was on my way. They did what they promised and held the car for me. I bought the car and drove it home that day. I don't think many dealers would have done that. Thanks!!!
I purchased a Scion Xb a few weeks back, when arriving to the lot we were approached by our salesman Derek. He explained to us to plz be patient that he was only salesman and was closing two deals and had another on a testdrive. Honestly this salesman was very professional and answered all of our questions, needless to say we loved the Scion and made Derek an offer. I drove almost 200 miles to this dealership to purchase a Toyota Prius that had an excellent price. The test drive went well and we quickly finalized the deal and started the return trip home. Within 30 miles three error messages displayed on the instrument panel. For a hybrid vehicle, this is not a good sign.
