We had a freezer door replaced by A1 Quality and the tech did not put the seal on the new door causing most of our food to spoil, after communications through the office, this company has refused to pay for our lost food, in fact we were told to file a claim with our home warranty!!! This was a mistake on their part that they are not taking responsibility for and we will be filing complaints with multiple agencies unless this is resolved by the end of today. Nate and Joe were great!!! They were extremely courteous and even put the little shoe covers on when they came into our house. The quote was affordable and straight to the point on what needed to happen to make our dryer in working order and even had time to fix something on our washer. It's rare to not feel like you just overpaid to have something fixed. I am very happy with the service and will be using them again if any other appliances goes south. Thanks guys!!!!
