Colten is great and helped me get my new fridge. Great brand at a cheap price.
My fridge was starting to make a terrible noise. I didn't want to use a big name brand like Sears because my last experience was terrible, so I was told to call Colten. I called on a Monday and he came out on Tuesday. Colten was friendly, professional and had everything he needed to fix my fridge. The pricing was reasonable. You can't ask for more than that. Make sure to give him a call.

RC Willey sent Quality Appliance out to my house for a warranty issue on a washing machine. The washing machine was having a hard time getting past the sensing stage. All it needed was a calibration. But as a bonus, I got a long, detailed lecture on how to do laundry. It was the weirdest, most condescending communication I have received in awhile.
