Definitely have only positive feelings towards Quality Appliance they genuinely care and listen to everything I have say. Their staff is absolutely incredible & they are the sweetest girls, I appreciate that they work around my busy schedule & always call to confirm my appointments!
Poor, I will give this company a 0 zero if I could. they charge $85 to get the wrong diagnosis on our washer, plus 400 to fix a used ppliance. The technician didn't even run a test on the digital board he simply said is a bad board, you need a new one. $165 plus delivery and tax $182.00 just for the board, so it would it end up been $485 for the wrong service. How many nice things can I say, allot! Eric H. came way out of his neighborhood after hours at that, to fix my dryer!! What a fountain of information, a knowledgeable repairman and on top of it a SUPER nice guy!! My dryer is fixed and I am SOOOOO happy! The office lady was so kind when I called to see what time he would be showing up and she was so sweet and put me on hold for just a minute to contact him to find out. He called before he showed up and it was a great experience! Definitely keeping his card! Great company!!

Great customer service. I had a repair done at a rental property and they did a great job staying in touch with me as well as keeping the tenant happy and informed.
Had a great experience with this company, they were very efficient and informative when they fixed my Fridge. The office girls were always very nice and made sure i was taken care of and the technician fixed my fridge that same day! Will definitely be recommending them to anyone!
