Quality Appliance was referred by our refrigerator warranty company. Jordan was our technician. He worked extremely hard to fix our problem of water leaking under the deli drawer. GE would advise to replace this or that part, and he would order each one and then install it. We could tell that he was very knowledgeable and had lots of experience. Was very impressed at first, 40 days after spending almost $400 to have my refrigerator fixed it started doing the same thing, contacted them only to be told the part was only had a warranty of 30 days but they would contact the repairman who fixed it to see what he could do, never have heard anything back from them to this day. Looked on YouTube only to find out this is a Known problem with this brand of refrigerator. Now I wonder if the part that was replaced really needed replaced??
