RecommendedI don’t remember his name but their tech came to our house today. He arrived at 11:00 when their window was 11:00 - 2:00. He was very professional and polite. He fixed our ice maker in a short period of time. Then he told us what we could do to help prevent a similar problem. Showed us where our water filter is located and how to get it out. I was very pleased with the service.
A1 Quality Appliance has now cancelled my service appointment 2x. Not good!
Charged $425 for repairs that had not been done while we were out of town. Seeing the charge on my credit card prompted me to think the repairs had been completed. With no emails or phone messages upon our return I called for a copy of the paper work only to be told that the repairs were yet to be done. I asked why after 3 weeks no repairs were completed and was told they were waiting shipment of a special tool required. I quickly found that tool on Amazon for $20?available in one day. Beau and Nate did an awesome job of moving out the old 48” beast and getting the new one in place. They were very thoughtful about the floors and door trim. Also, Stacy in the office was excellent at communicating with me! Thank you Quality!!!
The technician was doing a warranty repair on our GE gas range and I asked him if he would do the conversion to propane on the oven and broiler. He said no because he was here doing a warranty repair. Then he said he could do it for $150. Which was ridiculous, because he was already here.
Our LG refrigerator stopped working and LG sent out another company to repair it. They came out and only diagnosed the problem which we had already had done on our own and then left us high and dry for another 10 days. I got LG to get someone else and they sent out Quality Appliance. What a difference. Matt showed up to our home the next day. We have a LG Fridge that needed repair, we called LG, they sent A1 Quality Appliance to repair our fridge. We live in South Jordan, Utah, they have a satellite office in SLC, our repair was scheduled by LG, A1 Quality confirmed the appointment with us. Tyler installed a dishwasher and otr microwave for me. He was extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable about the appliances, and was kind enough to work around my work schedule. I would recommend them to anyone.
