Be Warned!!! We have been renting from this company for the past 8 months in a neighborhood containing townhomes and have had nothing but rude and horrible experiences. The property manager Maricia M. is very rude and brash. I rented for 2 years from Quail Properties and it was a horrible mistake. The first time I rented an apartment from their Anclote apartments. It was very old and affordable, but that is before you account for the electric bill. Our electriciy bill was always high because there was no insulation. At one point our bill was almost 400$ a month and that was for a 2 bedroom apartment. My roomates and I found a 3 bedroom and I thought that maybe a house would be a better situation. TERRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE I rented a home with two of my friends a little over a year ago. From the get go I found it odd how rude our landlord was with this company. Her name was Marisa Mustain and she was a royal witch, and I am being polite when I say witch. When we would call to get work done on the house it was nothing but empty promises. Do Not Rent From This Company! We have had a complete 180 degree experience with this property management company. Smiles and friendly up until you sign the lease and then failed promises every day since. It took weeks after we moved in to have the initial repairs done to the house that were promised to be completed before we moved in. Constant issues with the house throughout the lease period. BEWARE – Rented for a few years from them and were very good tenants, never called for any complaints, payed rent on time every month. As soon as we turned in our notice, they send a letter saying we were responsible for the month after as well. Before we did anything, I checked the fine print, and sure enough, they had HAND WRITTEN in a change in the lease agreement. Don't rent from this company if you can help it, they are not very helpful and take their sweet time with everything.
