Q-BBQ is an authentic, yet chic BBQ restaurant with enormous flavors and spirit infused in our smoked meats and from scratch dishes. Although our menu is simple and comfortable, it is far from ordinary. We rub our meats with a homemade 13 spice blend before smoking them, low and slow, for up to 22 hours over hickory and apple wood. I’ve never had tougher/drier burnt ends in my life. They are the consistency of beef jerky. I can’t speak for anything else on the menu but steer clear of the burnt ends.
We went here for my mom's birthday. We had a party of 15, 6 of which were children of various ages ranging from 2 months old to 9 years old. Q-BBQ accommodated us, they were super friendly and patient with us while we all ordered. They also had tables all pushed together, ready for us when we arrived! This was our first time here, but it will definitely not be our last. The food was some of the best BBQ we've found in our area! The kids all loved it, even a few extremely picky eaters!
