Q-BBQ is an authentic, yet chic BBQ restaurant with enormous flavors and spirit infused in our smoked meats and from scratch dishes. Although our menu is simple and comfortable, it is far from ordinary. We rub our meats with a homemade 13 spice blend before smoking them, low and slow, for up to 22 hours over hickory and apple wood. Try our Memphis Baby Back Ribs, smoked for 5 hours, or our Brisket Burnt Ends, smoked twice for a total of 24 hours, to taste the great care we put into our meats.
