Q-BBQ is an authentic, yet chic BBQ restaurant with enormous flavors and spirit infused in our smoked meats and from scratch dishes. Although our menu is simple and comfortable, it is far from ordinary. We rub our meats with a homemade 13 spice blend before smoking them, low and slow, for up to 22 hours over hickory and apple wood. Was here June 23rd with my girlfriend. We both got very sick that night and through the next day. I called on the 25th to tell them what happened. I gave them all my information and said that the Mac and cheese was cold and we thought that was what got us sick. The manager said they would pass my info on to their GM and they would be calling me. A month went by and I decided to call them again. Our first time there and the food was very good. I really enjoyed the burnt ends.
So yummy! Glad I brought my mom here!
We have been coming here for years, but we were so disappointed last night. Burnt ends were luke warm, mac and cheese cold and when reserved was still cold. I asked to speak with a manager but they never came to the table. Not the quality or service we are used too.
Freakin’ awesome BBQ, corn bread, and hush puppies!
