Normally you're spot-on. The other day 50/50. Always keep your Pitmaster on hand.
Yum! Papa Q platter was amazing. Super tender meats. Large portions. Fed two adults and one kid with food leftover. Great deal in May!

We celebrated my daughter-in-law's birthday yesterday and decided to order out the Papa Q Platter. It is advertised as feeding two adults but it was more than sufficient for three adults and one toddler. You might want to order an extra side though. We actually had leftovers. If you have never been to Q-BBQ, I would encourage you to go and take advantage of this May special. You will not be disappointed! I'm probably going to take a friend out to lunch at the Q-BBQ Oak Park location tomorrow.

Nothing to write home about. It was simply ok. Kitchen needs to learn what salt is. Mexican street corn was good. Hushpuppies were good as well. Brisket was dry and room temperature. I was hoping for better Q.
