Q-BBQ is an authentic, yet chic BBQ restaurant with enormous flavors and spirit infused in our smoked meats and from scratch dishes. Although our menu is simple and comfortable, it is far from ordinary. We rub our meats with a homemade 13 spice blend before smoking them, low and slow, for up to 22 hours over hickory and apple wood. Excellent food - pulled pork was amazing and so were the mashed potatoes. Definitely will consider catering through Q-BBQ in the future!

Q is good, solid BBQ, but it's not great. It tries to bring together different styles from around the US, but the price is that none is done quite right. This is especially true for the pork, chicken, and ribs. The Texas staples show the owners time in a Texas pit, though, and are better than you'll find in the western suburbs.
